NMA Diabetes Education Program

The purpose of this diabetes directory is to provide you with a listing of organizations and resources that are available within your city.  Diabetics who attend classes and support groups often feel empowered, as they are provided with encouragement and information on how to care for themselves, in between doctor’s visits. For these reasons, we encourage all diabetics and their loved ones to join a diabetes support group nearby.
